Served as Resident Engineer providing construction management, inspections, and field testing for the rehabilitation of the Bell Canyon Lift Station on behalf of Trabuco Canyon Water District. The project included installation of two submersible sewer pumps, a new valve vault structure, and comprehensive electrical upgrades, including an on-site generator with automatic transfer switch (ATS), motor control center, and telemetry systems. Additional improvements included a surge tank, odor control system, retaining walls, grading, fencing, and associated pipelines and appurtenances. As the Owner’s representative, MCM also reviewed construction documents and evaluated change order requests to ensure alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.
