Provided construction management services for the rehabilitation of the ETM Master Meter Vaults on behalf of Santa Margarita Water District. The project included replacement of 20-inch CML&C steel piping, valves, and vent systems, along with removal and reinstallation of flow meters.
Additional improvements included new traffic-rated vault lids, roadway work, concrete pads, and solar ventilation systems. Work was performed within City right-of-way during nighttime hours, with coordination of system shutdowns and reactivation between Santa Margarita Water District and Moulton Niguel Water District, along with testing, startup, and project closeout.
