Provided construction management services, including coordination of inspections and field testing, for the rehabilitation of the Golf Club Lift Station on behalf of Trabuco Canyon Water District. The project included installation of a bypass wet well, diversion manhole, and temporary bypass system, along with structural improvements to the existing wet well and dry well. Additional upgrades included submersible sewer pumps, a flow meter and vault structure, surge tank, grading, fencing, and associated pipelines and appurtenances.
As the Owner’s representative, MCM reviewed and processed construction documents, evaluated change order requests, monitored project schedules, and oversaw functional testing, startup, and project closeout documentation.
