MCM provided construction management services for the Golf Club Lift Station rehabilitation. The team coordinated inspections and field testing throughout the project.
The scope included installation of a Bypass Wet Well, Diversion Manhole, and Temporary Bypass System. MCM also improved the existing Wet Well and Dry Well substructures. The Golf Club Lift Station rehabilitation included submersible sewer pumps, a flow meter and vault structure, a surge tank, grading, fencing, and pipelines with appurtenances.
As a representative of Trabuco Canyon Water District, MCM reviewed and processed construction documents and evaluated change order requests and contract change orders. The team reviewed baseline and monthly update schedules, managed functional and start-up testing of the improvements, and assembled close-out and warranty documents.
